The role involves the support and delivery of clinical skills and medical devices training, as well as occasional mandatory and resuscitation training support. Main duties of the job Based within the Academy, you will work as part of the Clinical Skills and Mandatory Training Team to positively influence and drive high standards of learning by providing support, supervision, educational and professional development opportunities for all learners within both the classroom and clinical practice setting. This will include all non-medical disciplines, including trainees, students, new recruits and preceptees. As an Academy Trainer, you will be expected to positively promote and develop educational standards within the trust, working with registered staff, non-registered staff, students and other learners.
