As a Skills Coach, you will support the development of the Construction apprentices, specifically those who are studying Bricklaying and Property Maintenance. Skills Coaches work with apprentices and their employers to ensure the apprenticeship programme is being followed and the apprentice is developing their skills, knowledge and behaviour in their trade appropriately in order to pass their end point assessment. To apply for this role, you will either need appropriate occupational qualifications in Bricklaying and/or Property Maintenanceor relevant industry experience, and possession of a clean and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage will be claimed through expenses).
