Who we need We are seeking a passionate, motivated Development Worker to join our Foundation Learning team at Adams Campus. This role requires initiative and drive. Key duties include: Assist the curriculum manager in supporting 16–19-year-olds with low engagement and achievement. Help identify and address safeguarding and Prevent concerns, liaising internally and externally for necessary support. Promote improved behaviour and attendance by tracking and sharing student information and intervening as needed. Provide pastoral support, working with students, parents, and teachers to address issues and implement actionable support plans. Support student transitions, progression, and retention, including contributing to progression reviews. What you’ll bring You will be organised, proactive, and ready for a challenge, demonstrating professionalism and sensitivity with confidential information. You'll work closely with learners to ensure the Foundation Learning programme is inclusive and fosters a positive learning environment.
