Learning Support Services Administrator Hull Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Salary: £23,934 FTE per annum Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period) As our Learning Support Services Administrator, you will assist in the delivery and development of administration duties within the Learner Support Services. Responsibilities of our Learning Support Services Administrator: Assist in providing an efficient, effective and confidential administration supporting the Senior Learner Support Services Administrator to support the Director of Learner Support and Customer Services and the Learner Support Services department. Facilitate the application of access arrangements (screening paperwork) for students across the college. Work with the tutors and other staff members to ensure information is up to date. Ensure all access arrangements paperwork, (notably Normal Way of Work Forms) are completed and collated in a timely manner and at a high standard for inspection. Give advice, guidance to teaching staff to evidence the ‘normal way of working’ in the classroom. Take minutes of meetings and student disciplinary meetings and prepare and distribute agendas and relevant papers if applicable. Assist in the handling of the organisation of Annual Reviews for SEND students and attend and take minutes of Annual Review meetings. Collate and submit Annual Review Paperwork to Local Authorities in a timely manner. Maintain confidential information either by paper based or electronic filing systems and to a high standard for inspection. Attend, assist and promote college open events and enrolment sessions, both during working hours and on an evening and weekend.
