Key Responsibilities 1. Delivering on the Access to Higher Education & BTEC inspiring, and inclusive lessons to students at varying levels, with key responsibilities in delivering Psychology, Sociology at Level 3, and basic English skills. 2. Assessing, supporting, and motivating learners to achieve their full potential. 3. Creating and adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of a diverse group of students. 4. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. 5. To teach scheduled classes as requested, with potential to teach in the evenings or weekend classes. 6. To prepare schemes of work and maintain such records as appropriate and directed. 7. To contribute learning materials and assignments to the collective learning resources of the Corporation. 8. To undertake detailed assessment and maintain other records as required. 9. To mark registers, monitor student attendance and compete registration requirements. 10. To participate in the Corporation’s quality assurance procedures as directed. 11. To contribute to the action planning of students and provide interim and end of year reports as requested. 12. To undertake course and curriculum development essential for own teaching. 13. To participate in subject, course team and curriculum meetings and reviews, for which additional payment will be made. 14.
