What you’ll be doing: Delivering inspiring and engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of young people who may have faced challenges in traditional education settings. Providing one-on-one support and mentoring to guide students in overcoming barriers to learning, employment, or training. Collaborating with external agencies and colleagues to ensure learners receive holistic support, including mental health and wellbeing resources.
