This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to use their excellent teaching and skills to provide an outstanding learning experience for our learners with a range of SEND ranging from severe to moderate.The ideal candidate will be required to manage a small employability programme, preparing learners to progress into the wider college.Applicants should hold a full teaching qualification and be highly experienced in working with learners with a range of SEND. To be successful in this role, youll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire both students and staff. Youll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills. You would also have experience, or the ability to learn how to carry out EHCP annual reviews and consultations with our local authorities.Skills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching and or relevant industry experience.
