- Strong knowledge in IT domains, including software applications, hardware, networks, cybersecurity, databases, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts plainly.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to adapt training to different learning styles and skill levels.
