In this exciting role, you'll lead the delivery of our bespoke Level 5 Learning & Skills Teacher Apprenticeship programme. You'll work closely with key departments to ensure the success and growth of this unique initiative.

✨ What You'll Do:

Lead and manage the Askham Bryan Educator Programme
Support colleagues' development through mentoring & lesson observations
Ensure programme quality & compliance
Drive improvements in teaching practice
Promote a supportive, collaborative environment for all

🎓 What We're Looking For:

Degree-level qualification & PGCE teaching qualification
Proven leadership and teaching experience
Strong mentoring, coaching & people skills
Knowledge of teaching, learning & assessment strategies
