We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Personal Trainer & Nutritionist to provide personalised fitness and wellness programs for a multi-generational family in Jakarta, Indonesia.

You will design and implement comprehensive fitness routines tailored to the needs of family members ranging in age from toddlers to grandparents. The role will focus on strength training, resistance exercises, stability, core work, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition guidance, and recovery strategies.

About the role:
Location: Private residence in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Schedule: Flexible hours based on the family’s availability, including potential morning or evening sessions.
Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities as Private Personal Trainer & Nutritionist:

Customised Training Programs

Develop and implement tailored fitness plans for each family member based on their age, fitness level, and personal health goals.
Integrate a variety of training techniques, including strength training, resistance exercises, stability work, core strengthening, and cardiovascular conditioning.
Design engaging and age-appropriate exercises for young children to promote motor skill development and physical activity.
Introduce low-impact exercises for senior members to enhance mobility, balance, and flexibility.

Nutrition and Recovery

Provide expert guidance on nutrition and dietary habits aligned with the family’s fitness objectives.
Educate family members on proper hydration and meal planning for optimal performance and recovery.
Implement effective recovery techniques, including stretching routines and relaxation practices, to support overall well-being.

Family Fitness Activities

Facilitate engaging group workouts to encourage family bonding through fitness.
Organise inclusive activities such as family yoga sessions, light outdoor exercises, or interactive movement-based games.

Progress Monitoring & Adjustments

Conduct regular fitness assessments, such as strength evaluations or body composition analysis, to track progress.
Continuously adapt and refine training programs to ensure sustainable progress and long-term health benefits.

Safety and Motivation

Ensure that all exercises are performed safely, minimising the risk of injury.
Foster a positive and motivating environment to encourage consistency and enthusiasm in fitness routines.
Educate family members on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.

We’re looking for a Private Personal Trainer & Nutritionist with:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field.
Certified Personal Trainer from a recognised organisation (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA).
Specialised certifications in areas such as senior fitness, child fitness, or nutrition are highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience working with diverse age groups, including seniors and young children.
Strong expertise in anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition.
CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
