We are looking for an experienced part-time quantitative career coach to join our team and provide professional career guidance to students studying in the UK. As a coach, you will be responsible for guiding students to understand career paths in the field of quantitative analysis, enhancing their professional skills, and helping them find ideal jobs in areas such as quantitative analysis and financial engineering.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one career counseling to help students clarify their career goals and plan job search strategies.
Design and implement specialized courses and workshops in the field of quantitative analysis, including but not limited to data analysis, risk management, financial modeling, etc.
Train students in resume and interview skills to enhance their competitiveness in job seeking.
Establish and maintain relationships with major UK companies to provide students with internship and employment opportunities.
Track students' career development progress and provide ongoing support and feedback.

Position Requirements:

Possess work experience in quantitative analysis at major UK companies, with at least 3 years of relevant field experience.
Be familiar with the UK job market and recruitment processes, and understand the development trends of the quantitative industry.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and guide students.
Prior experience in career training is preferred.
Proficient in English and Chinese communication, able to communicate seamlessly with international students.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £400.00-£600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends only
