Digital Adoption Lead

£43,750 + up to 10% matched pension contribution + benefits

Bath, South West.

Permanent, full-time 37 hrs per week

Expect to be onsite four days per week, with a day working from home

At Curo, we're seeking a Digital Adoption Lead to drive comprehensive digital transformation across our organisation. Starting with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, you'll expand to lead adoption across our full technology ecosystem, enabling colleagues to embrace modern ways of working.

Your Role:

Lead, plan and manage organisation-wide digital adoption initiatives
Create engaging learning experiences and development pathways
Provide team and individual level coaching to build digital confidence
Expand beyond MS365 to transform how we use technology.

What You'll Bring:

Digital/IT learning and development/training background
Experience in technology-led change and adoption projects
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Understanding of adult learning principles
Project management experience.
