F45 Trainer

We are looking for personal trainers to join our team.

F45 provides 45-minute group HIIT workouts that mix cardio, strength and agility using functional exercises. Each class has 2 coaches who are there to run the class, motivate people and provide 1:1 coaching for all abilities and ages.

F45 Kingston was the first F45 in the UK, and has been running for 8 years. We have a great community of members and run classes 7 days a week.

We are offering up to 12 shifts a week, on a freelance basis. Additional shifts covering for others may also be available.

Candidates MUST:

Be qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers.
Have experience of coaching a group of people with a different range of abilities.
Have a confident and friendly personality.
Be available for shifts on weekdays (morning, daytime and evenings) and weekends.
Be enthusiastic about fitness, and want to make F45 part of their fitness programme..
Be local to F45 Kingston.
