We are seeking a skilled and qualified NPORS and VQ Trainer/Assessor to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional with hands-on experience, reliability, and expertise in both training and assessing NPORS qualifications and VQs. This position offers a competitive salary based on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide training and assessments for vocational qualification

Conduct on-site training and assessments at client locations
Conduct inductions and progress reviews for trainees, ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment
Travel to various client sites as needed, with occasional work away from home or on weekends if required

Essential

NPORS Instructor
Assessor qualification
Full UK driving license
Proven track record in assessing Plant Operations and lifting-related qualifications
IT literate, with the ability to use standard software for reporting and record-keeping
Strong attention to detail when completing paperwork and documentation
Good time management

Desirable

IV/IQA qualification
Teaching Qualification
