This is a unique job opportunity to leverage your insurance expertise and develop, support, and train the next generation of Account Executives.

What you'll do:

Deliver Impactful Training: You'll be responsible for a 13-month training course designed to equip aspiring and experienced account executives with the skills they need to succeed in a sales-focused commercial or personal lines Account Executive role.
You'll support learners with modern skills and tools to help them achieve their career goals.
This is a remote role with regular on-site training sessions in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Dublin. (Onsite once per week) You'll balance your time between in-person training, virtual training sessions, and support learners with course development and their portfolios.
Create and implement effective training plans tailored to apprentices' needs.
Facilitate engaging and meaningful sessions that help learners understand core insurance sales concepts and best practices.
Support Learner Progression: Conduct monthly progress reviews and provide targeted feedback to support ongoing development.
Establish lasting relationships with apprentices, clients, and apprentice managers, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Enrol learners, update progress reports and ensure alignment with company and apprenticeship standards.

Essential skills and experience for success

Charismatic, confident, and energetic personality
Proven experience in insurance sales leadership/coaching/training or experience as an account executive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for training and development
Experience in either personal lines or commercial insurance
Cert CII qualified as a minimum
Ability to adapt to different learning styles
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
