This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable IT professional to shape training programs, create user-friendly guides, and support staff in effectively using essential software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver structured IT training courses, including induction programs for new staff.
Create clear and concise training materials, including user guides and help sheets, to support IT literacy across the firm.
Provide hands-on support and coaching for staff using legal software and Microsoft Office applications.
Assist the IT support team in resolving user queries related to software applications and digital workflows.
Stay up to date with technology trends and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency within the firm.

About You:

Proven experience in IT training, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train users of varying technical abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others enhance their IT skills.
