In this role, you will act as a coach and mentor, offering tailored support that stretches students to achieve their very best. You'll help set meaningful goals, track progress, and manage student wellbeing. You'll also play a crucial role in guiding students through their next steps, whether that's higher education, apprenticeships, or employment.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting motivational targets and completing student progress reviews.
Monitoring student attendance, academic performance, and personal development.
Supporting students with their post-college preparations and promoting engagement in extracurricular activities.
Collaborating with the wider Pastoral Tutor team and the Pastoral Leader to ensure every student thrives.

About You:

Experience delivering youth activities and supporting youth leadership and volunteering.
Familiarity with youth voice programmes.
Positive, adaptable, and highly organised with great time management skills.
Eligibility to work in the UK, with an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
