The Role:

The successful candidate is expected:

To teach Finance related modules from mid-September to mid-December2025 (Total: 40.5 hours over the semester):
Private Debt Markets (Postgraduate, Level 7) – Private Equity and Investment Banking Programme | 12 hours

Corporate Restructuring (Postgraduate, Level 7) – Private Equity and Investment Banking Programme + Corporate Finance and Private Equity Programme | 16.5 hours in total

Real Estate, Infrastructure & Renewable Financing (Postgraduate, Level 7) – Corporate Finance and Private Equity Programme | 12 hours

To design the module handbooks (a template will be provided) and all teaching -related content.
To design and mark all assessments, providing constructive written feedback.
To attend induction & core meetings.
To monitor, evaluate, and assess individual student progress and achievement.
To monitor students' attendance and maintain records.
To deliver inclusive and high-quality teaching.
To fully participate in the quality assurance and improvement processes and procedures.

Person Specification:

Essential:

Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK
Master's in a relevant field or relevant professional experience
Ability to provide excellent, personalised support & feedback to students
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent ability with Microsoft package and VLE

Desirable:

Significant Management or Leadership experience within the field taught
Qualification in HE Teaching e.g. PG Cert in Learning & Teaching
Fellowship of Advance HE

Salary & Benefits:

From £80/h depending on qualification and experience.
Potential funding for Advance HE Fellowship application.
In-house training.
