As a coach at Origin, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics sessions that engage and inspire our members, ensuring a fun, safe, and progressive environment for each gymnast. Responsibilities

Lead and deliver gymnastics classes to children and young adults with skill and enthusiasm, following Origin’s curriculum and safety protocols.
Support gymnasts’ skill progression, including technique, flexibility, and strength, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Engage and communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and other staff members to foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
Contribute to class setup, tidying, and equipment management as needed.

Qualifications

Coaching Certifications: Level 2 gymnastics coaching qualification (Level 1 considered)
Experience: Proven coaching experience with children and young athletes, ideally in a gymnastics or sports setting.
Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts of all skill levels.
Commitment to Growth: Willingness to develop within the role, engage in ongoing training, and align with Origin’s mission to provide world-class coaching.
