Role Description

We are seeking experienced Associate Trainers to deliver safeguarding training across a variety of public sector settings to a multi-agency audience and to the transport industry.

In public sector settings, successful candidates will be responsible for delivering training to a diverse range of professionals drawn from the children’s and adults’ workforce.

In the transport sector, successful candidates will be responsible for delivering training to taxi drivers, passenger assistants, fleet drivers and other relevant local authority staff.

For both roles candidates will be responsible for ensuring that delegates understand and can implement safeguarding best practice in their respective industries.

Our work is crucial in ensuring that our customers comply with the latest safeguarding legislation and meet their statutory and legal responsibilities.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for experienced safeguarding trainers drawn from a diverse range of relevant professional backgrounds to support us with a new contract which starts in April 2025.

At the current time we are predominately looking for professionals able to work on this new contract on the South Coast, but welcome applications from professionals willing to travel and from those who may be able to support our contracts in other areas.

You will be self-employed and able to work for us on a sessional basis both in person and online.

Renumeration

We offer competitive day rates which are negotiable for the right candidate.
