Job Title: IT System Trainer & Support Analyst

Location: West Yorkshire, UK (with international travel)

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum + benefits

About The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced IT System Trainer & Support Analyst to enhance system adoption and provide technical support across the organisation. This role combines training delivery with hands-on IT support, ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge to use internal systems effectively while resolving technical issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong technical foundation and a passion for user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver structured training sessions for internal users on various IT systems and software
Develop user-friendly guides, instructional materials, and documentation to support training initiatives
Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems where necessary
Work closely with IT teams to identify recurring challenges and implement improvements to system usability
Gather feedback from employees to refine training programs and enhance overall user experience
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, support requests, and common technical issues

Required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum two years' experience in IT training or support roles
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to deliver both one-on-one coaching and group training sessions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems and knowledge base management

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP systems, or document management tools
Experience working with BI reporting tools.
Proficiency in French would be beneficial
