Position: Part-Time Coach
Hours: 20 hours per week

Vita Fitness Studio Hitchin seeks a professional and enthusiastic Level 3 Personal Trainer to join our team. As a HYROX-affiliated studio, we specialise in small group personal training sessions, dynamic fitness classes, and personalised client support. With a capped membership of 75, we ensure clients receive the attention and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group personal training sessions, focusing on technique, progression, and individual needs
Deliver engaging and high-energy fitness classes, including HYROX-inspired sessions
Conduct 15-minute client check-ins using our InBody machine, providing tailored feedback and support
Build strong relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, results-driven community
Uphold Vita Fitness Studio’s core values of accountability, honesty, and excellence

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Level 3 Personal Trainer certification
Experience in small group training and fitness classes
Familiarity with HYROX-style training (preferred)
Confidence in using body composition tools such as the InBody machine (training provided if necessary)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, client-focused attitude with a passion for helping others achieve their goals
Preference for candidates local to Hitchin or surrounding areas
