The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke training programs for early years apprentices. This will involve working closely with employers and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine learning requirements
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
About the Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is £29,400 - £33,600 per annum, plus an annual performance-based bonus of £2,000 (subject to qualifying period). We also offer 28 days of annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to dental care benefits.
