Job Description
The role of the CORPORATE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL is to assist in the delivery of strategic talent management and development programmes, providing a comprehensive learning experience.
This position involves responsibility for the administration, sourcing, co-ordination and delivery of learning and development modules, building the skills and knowledge of the ECC workforce. To be successful, you will have a strong understanding of Learning and Development, enabling you to lead and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of learning and development modules
- Sourcing and co-ordination of training resources
- Delivery of learning and development sessions
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Be educated to a minimum of A Level / T Level, or completed a Level 3 apprenticeship, or hold Level 3 NVQ/SVQ Qualification, or BTEC qualification.
- Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English (or equivalent), which is a Grade D/E or 2/3 to begin the apprenticeship with the ability to reach a Level 2 Functional Skills in both Maths & English by the End Point Assessment (EPA), if you do not already have this.
- Experience of working with IT systems including Microsoft Office.
