We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to support our HR team at CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler.
The ideal candidate will assist in the administration and coordination of Learning & Development activities, working closely with L&D and HR colleagues to ensure accurate and proficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various L&D/HR projects and initiatives.
- Deliver an L&D administration service, coordinating diary availability, scheduling events, and managing logistics.
- Manage the Learning and Development event tracker, setting up meetings, workshops, venues, and facilities for events.
- Owning digital learning platforms, maintaining training data, bookings, records, and documents.
- Administering activities such as apprenticeships, graduates, trainees, local careers fairs, and events.
- Serving as the first point of contact for employee L&D queries.
Requirements:
Experience working in an L&D team with similar responsibilities is essential. The successful candidate should be well-organized, a strong communicator, have good initiative, and proficiency in IT applications. A full UK Driving License is desirable due to infrequent travel to other offices within the Group.
Salary:
£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
