Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Early Years Trainer or Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their goals through our Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a caseload of 45 learners across the Norfolk region, face-to-face and remotely.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £27,500-£28,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload
- IT competence with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
