- The ideal candidate will have experience working with learners and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and apply quality assurance procedures when reviewing all components of the standards/framework.
**Responsibilities:**
The Coaching and Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting and coaching learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their programme. They will work closely with internal experts to ensure learners successfully achieve their apprenticeship programme on time.
