Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessment to ensure students are on the right programme and receiving the appropriate level of support.
- Plan and design effective training programmes, taking into account individual requirements to ensure differentiation of learning.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging training to encourage learners to attend, stay on programme, and achieve.
- Manage the safe evacuation of students in the event of an emergency, following agreed company procedures and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Prepare students to successfully undertake assignments or sit tests/exams to maintain high success rates.
- Mark and assess students' work, provide structured feedback, and set development objectives for students.
- Act as Programme Leader for specific awards, responsible for admissions, tutor resource coordination, exam board representation, marks uploading, and programme evaluation.
About You:
- Demonstrate IT skills, including the ability to use technology to support learning delivery.
- Show motivating and inspiring qualities.
- Display a flexible approach.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Able to plan and organise workload effectively.
- Hold PGCE, PGDE, Cert Ed, DTLLS (and subject specialisms where necessary).
