This is a permanent, home-based position with travelling requirements across West London to Sussex.

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Trainer to deliver training in care homes, nursing homes or health and social care environments.

- Delivering training in a multi-site setting.
- Possessing experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrating ability to support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Coaching and mentoring professionals to support their development.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector.
- Strong organisational skills with complex schedules and travel requirements.
- Analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Relevant Learning & Development/ training qualification.
- Satisfactory DBS/PVG checks.
