About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainer and Mentor for Early Years. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to learners in the Winchester region.
Your main focus will be on supporting learners to achieve their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses. You will work closely with a mentor to gain valuable experience and insight into the further education sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face-to-face and remotely.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Years education, with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification and significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners and colleagues alike.
We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £28,000 per annum, although this may vary depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, flexible working hours, and access to our Health Shield scheme.
