We are looking for a skilled Early Years assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent practical and theoretical knowledge of vocational specialism Industry-specific qualifications, Early Years Educator Level 3 (or above), and possess or be working towards a minimum of level 2 standard in Maths, ICT, and English.
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that children, young people, and employees reach their full potential by supporting and assessing adult learners to complete Apprenticeships in Early Years at Levels 2, 3, and 5.
- The role involves a mix of remote learning and fieldwork, with an expectation to travel to workplaces and visit Apprentices regularly.
- You will need to ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules by recording monthly in-learning evidence and Off the Job Training Hours (using an ePortfolio system).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is offered.
