We are CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler, a leading accountancy firm that requires a skilled Training and Learning Administrator to support the effective delivery of our Learning & Development activities.
In this key role, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating various Learning & Development activities within the company, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with L&D and HR colleagues to provide accurate, proficient, and comprehensive day-to-day running of the L&D Function across multiple training solutions and the employee lifecycle.
- Participating in numerous L&D/HR projects and initiatives.
- Delivering an L&D administration and logistics service to the business, including coordinating diary availability with trainers and participants, scheduling learning events, and site visits.
- Overseeing the Learning and Development event tracker and setting up, coordinating, and running meetings, workshops, venues, and facilities of the event.
- Maintaining digital learning platforms, managing training data, training bookings, training programme applications, records, and documents via these platforms and MS Excel.
- Assisting with the administration of activities such as apprenticeships, graduates, trainees, local careers fairs, and events.
- Acting as the main point of contact for all employee L&D inquiries.
