Apprenticeship Skills Coach
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Apprenticeship Skills Coach to support learners through apprenticeship programmes, developing vocational skills and workplace application.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver apprenticeship training, adhering to quality standards and individualised learning plans.
- Record learner interventions, reviews, and progress using an electronic portfolio system.
- Embed functional skills into delivery to stretch and challenge learners.
- Maintain accurate learner records and reporting.
- Provide impartial information, advice, and guidance throughout the learner journey.
- Support personal development needs, ensuring holistic support plans.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including observations and work scrutiny.
- Develop professionally, reflecting company and stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct Health and Safety monitoring and provide necessary information.
- Collaborate with employers and the business development team.
- Timely reporting of welfare and safeguarding concerns.

Estimated Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location.
