About the Job:
- You will be required to deliver training for the water industry and assessment services at our client's skills academy, head office, and locations across the UK.
- You will train individuals to reach their full potential, from apprentices to managers within the sector.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- A deep understanding of the water industry, including its challenges, trends, and developments.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programmes that meet industry standards and awarding organisation criteria.
