As a Program Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of activities such as apprenticeships, training courses, and Outdoor Learning sessions.
Responsibilities
* Managing systems, processes, and compliance
* Collaborating with the Learning team and stakeholders to provide meaningful outdoor experiences
* Administering learning activities, including booking and managing student, trainee, and group visits
* Maintaining and providing technical support for the Salesforce Information Management System

Requirements
* Strong administrative skills
* Passion for the outdoors and commitment to engaging and supporting diverse groups
* Ability to work comfortably with financial information and databases
* Previous experience in an administrative role and understanding of GDPR
What We Offer
* Competitive salary of £25,500 per annum pro rata
* Permanent, Part-time position - 0.6-0.8 FTE (21-28 hours per week)
