The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Work & Skills Coach to join our prison industries team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation and resettlement of prisoners.

Responsibilities:
- Assist prisoners in completing their Employability Passport, tracking skills development and reflections.
- Help prisoners recognize and record their work skills, emphasizing their value for future employment.
- Guide personal development through reflection on work experiences and goal-setting.
