Lemur Associates is working with a Further Education College in Sheffield, UK, to recruit a qualified and experienced Engineer for a teaching position.
As an experienced Engineer, you will have the opportunity to pursue a career in education and become a qualified Lecturer. The college offers excellent facilities and a supportive environment for its employees.
The role involves teaching learners up to Level 3 in various Engineering units, including Electrical Devices & Circuits / Fault Finding, Health & Safety / Electrical and Electronic Principles, Design / Project Management, Engineering Design, and Working in Engineering.
You will receive full training, support, and guidance as well as opportunities to develop your skills and become a qualified lecturer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching learners up to Level 3 in a range of Engineering units
- Providing guidance and support to students
- Developing and delivering lesson plans
Requirements:
- Minimum level 3 qualification in Engineering
- Industry experience and knowledge of Engineering principles
This is a full-time, permanent contract with a salary of £36,700 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus Teachers Pension and excellent holidays.
