Job Title: Student Support Lecturer (University Programmes)
Location: Gants Hill
Salary Range: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience. Salary is reviewed annually with any increase normally taking effect on 1st January each year.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual learning plans.
- Provide guidance and support to students in academic and personal matters.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field.
- Experience of working in a student-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
