Salary: £42,632 - £55,295 (pro rata)

This position is ideal for candidates with a solid academic background, holding a good honours degree and preferably a Ph.D. in Art Psychotherapy, along with substantial practical and research experience. Your role will involve delivering excellent learning, teaching, and assessment in the field of Art Psychotherapy, and you will play a pivotal role in fostering links with external organizations.
The role offers two contract options: an Academic Contract, which requires a Ph.D. and focuses on contributing to our expanding research agenda, and a Teaching, Scholarship and Professional Practice (TSPP) contract that emphasizes industry engagement alongside teaching responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead course design, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Demonstrate experience with postgraduate supervision and engage actively in scholarly research and professional development.
- Stay informed of current and emerging trends in Art Psychotherapy, integrating relevant social, political, and cultural contexts into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with academic colleagues and industry partners to disseminate best practices for mutual benefit.
