Apprenticeship Coach (Mechanical Engineering)
We are seeking an Apprenticeship Coach to support the development of Mechanical Engineering apprentices in the South West of the UK. This role involves assessing learner progress, delivering training, and ensuring successful completion of units towards their Apprenticeship Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Avoid formatting markups like "> or ,
- Assess Learner work and other activities, providing feedback on progress towards completion of relevant paperwork
- Deliver training for underpinning knowledge to support Learners' successful completion of units towards their Apprenticeship Programme
- Carry out training/coaching reviews with learners at intervals in accordance with ESFA and Company guidelines
Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role
- Possess strong communication and coaching skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£36,400 per annum
Working Hours:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Lyneham, covering the South West of the UK (fully remote working from home with travelling to various sites)
