The company is seeking a Technical Trainer / Assessor with experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance to deliver training and assessment to learners of all ages in core mechanical skills. Electrical experience and skills in machining, such as turning, milling, and fitting, are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to learners
- Develop and present training material
- Produce reports on candidate performance
Requirements:
- Driving licence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent organisational skills
This role is suitable for a qualified engineer who can create a positive learning environment for learners.
