We are looking for a dynamic Lecturer in Management and Leadership to join our team to deliver the Level 4 in Management and Leadership, a part-time, blended learning programme tailored for aspiring and current managers.
Key Details:
Hours: 3 hours per week teaching (6 pm to 9 pm, one evening per week)
Hours total over the course: Approx 200 hours to include prep time and marking
Delivery: Blended (online and face to face)
Start date: February 2025
Pay: £50 per hour
Campus location: Wimbledon, South West London

Who we are looking for:
- Ideally CMI qualified (or willing to undergo training with us).
- An experienced Lecturer or trainer in management and leadership.
- Comfortable using Moodle for attendance and resource management
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring adult learners
