We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to join the Information Systems Training Team within the Group of Digital Services, supporting our Electronic Patient Record System.
We are seeking an individual that can deliver training courses across a range of Information Systems and support our existing and implementation of our new Electronic Patient Record System.
The role will include responsibility for creating Training Lesson Plans and suitable Training Material in the form of User Guides, Quick Guides, videos and eLearning.
Building upon an existing base of IT Training you will be involved in identifying training needs and making sure they are met, while working with a range of staff groups across our hospital and community sites.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing training materials and delivering training to staff. This will include the creation of appropriate learning materials, course content and structure, scheduling and delivery of face to face and virtual training, along with floorwalking, as required and user support.
Strong people skills are essential as is the ability to deliver a range of course content with a focus on non-IT, process-based training sessions.
