Are you passionate about making maths meaningful and helping learners unlock their potential? We're looking for a Maths Lecturer to join a dynamic college in Enfield, teaching GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to learners aged 16-18 and adult students.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and support learners in developing essential numeracy skills for life and work.

What's on Offer:

Location: Enfield
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent or Temporary positions available
Salary: Up to £45 per hour (hourly paid)

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging GCSE and Functional Skills Maths lessons that meet the needs of learners
Support learners in building confidence and competence in numeracy
Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure inclusive and accessible learning
Track and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to help them succeed
Promote a positive, safe learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Relevant qualifications in Mathematics
Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths
A passion for education and supporting learner progression
