Essential Criteria:- Must have experience of working as a Deputy or Nursery Manager.
- Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
- Experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff would be highly desirable.
- Must hold a Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
