Your role will be to help students overcome barriers to learning, fully engage with lessons and support their academic and pastoral progress using a flexible range of strategies and delivery models.
As well as working with young people, you’ll be working with adults to provide tailored guidance to help navigate the employment process, build their job searching skills, empower them to identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and take meaningful steps towards securing work.
