Job Title: Early Years Tutor (Full Time)
Location: Covering West Yorkshire Region
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Tutor to join our team. If you have a strong background in childcare and a proven track record in delivering apprenticeships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions for Early Years apprenticeship learners.
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications through one-to-one guidance and online learning.
- Assess learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback and ensuring timely completion of assessments.
- Ensure all delivery meets the requirements of awarding bodies and apprenticeship standards.
- Develop individualised learning plans to address diverse learner needs.
- Ensure that learners have at least 1 in 3 visits face to face.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with employers to ensure learners’ training aligns with workplace requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes to apprenticeship standards.
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience in the childcare sector, ideally within an Early Years setting.
- Proven experience in delivering Early Years apprenticeships.
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Early Years apprenticeship standards and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual delivery.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and policies.
