About the Role
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator (Coaching) will be responsible for coordinating the business support systems and processes to maintain the delivery of the England Netball learning and development (L&D) opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of England Netball’s L&D opportunities for coaching and various CPD opportunities.
- Provide daily support and guidance to the L&D Administrator (Coaching).
- Provide a seamless customer journey which enhances the learner experience.
- Utilise and evolve systems and processes that support the delivery of L&D opportunities.
- Follow agreed policies and processes; both internally and when supporting learners.
- Provide operational support to the L&D Operations manager.
- Build relationships with the key internal teams to support strategic course planning and any L&D related issues.
- Build relationships with key external partners i.e. the awarding body, and ensure compliance with their policies, systems and processes.
- Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with a range of customer enquiries regarding the range of L&D offers.
Operational Support Functions
- Oversee the use of the Onefile and Education Management systems (EMS).
- Coordinate the central calendar for L&D opportunities and ensure that the relevant folders are created and maintained.
- Update the L&D dashboard with agreed data as appropriate.
- Periodically gather relevant insight and produce reports which demonstrate the impact of the L&D team and help improve ways of working.
- Ensure finance sheets are created, updated, and monitored for each individual L&D opportunity and that England Netball financial processes are adhered to.
- Share best practice with the L&D workforce team.
- Provide course support up to two times per month (Tuesday/Thursday evening and Saturday mornings).

- Experience of coordinating and delivering multiple workstreams/projects.

- Capability to maintain and develop systems and processes.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the delivery of L&D within the sport sector.
- Previous experience working in a customer/learner focused environment.
- Experience of working in a hybrid working environment.
- Competent in the use of online data systems, i.e. Engage.
- Experience of dealing with financial procedures.
Pay range and compensation package
£23-25,000 per annum dependant on experience.
