We have delivered a wide range of training services in the past and are now seeking to grow and develop our apprenticeship business.
We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Customer Accounts Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. As a Customer Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, understanding their recruitment needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our apprenticeship standards and services.
This position requires an individual who is not only passionate about sales but also possesses a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be expected to develop and execute effective sales strategies, execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Responsibilities
- Identify and target new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase apprenticeship features and benefits.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing sales.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfil the targets within our sales and marketing strategy and to contribute towards its development.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the apprenticeship standards that we offer.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Account/Sales Executive or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients at all levels.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies to effectively close deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills to gather market intelligence and identify trends.
