Job Description:We are looking for skilled and passionate IT Trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions. Trainers will be responsible for conducting interactive and engaging classes, developing training materials, and ensuring learners gain hands-on experience in their respective fields.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver structured training sessions in specialized IT domains.
- Develop and update course materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Provide mentorship and support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Conduct live demonstrations, case studies, and practical projects to enhance learning.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.
Requirements:- Proven experience in IT training or professional experience in an IT-related role.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Web & Mobile App Development
- Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking
- Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Data Science & AI/ML
- Software Development (Python, Java, .NET, etc.)
- Digital Marketing & SEO
- Networking & System Administration
- UI/UX Design
- Other IT-related disciplines
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for different learning levels.
- Certification in relevant technologies (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with online learning platforms and LMS (Preferred).
